I luckily got chatting to Lorelei at a networking event and quickly realised that Dolphin were exactly the type of IT support company we were looking for.  We only have a small office but when things have gone wrong, it can cause absolute chaos and render us useless as unfortunately none of us in the office are not particularly IT minded.

It’s now so easy to have Dolphin at the end of the phone to sort out any problems we have, their response time is incredibly quick and they don’t baffle us with technical jargon.  Since using them we’ve also had them install a number of new computer systems and IT equipment into the office all of which has been a very smooth process!
