Here at Dolphin we are acutely aware of the need to support all of our customers and provide the IT support you will need during these trying times, but like everybody else have had to adapt to ensure that we are carrying out our operations as safely as possible for our clients and for our team.

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, we have suspended all onsite work and installations.
We will however assist remotely and maintain our service commitments alongside our partners, software solutions and data centres.
Currently the IT channel is already under strain with stock availability and inflated purchase costs.
We will maintain our service commitment to you through remote connections, online meetings and telephone conversations.
Remote work will be scheduled as required to keep your businesses functioning.
Any onsite work required for business critical repairs will be scheduled and authorised upon confirmation of our MD, Paul Gibb.
Logistical restrictions on scheduled appointments may apply, on a case by case basis.
We ask at this time for all service requests to no longer go direct to Garry, John, Scott or Lorelei and to be directed instead to Support@dolphinupgrades.com or 01273 248871.
Dolphin has always been built on relationships and we appreciate this is a difficult time for all.
We work for home users, micro business, small business, and large, multi-site businesses, so our statement has to be a statement which covers you all.
We have made a decision to not send out statements or use statements for marketing purposes, instead information we deem necessary to you.
