We've been working throughout the Covid 19 crisis, and we're now back out on the road!
Since lockdown was announced over 8 weeks ago, Dolphin have been following Government guidelines and have carried out all IT work remotely.
With the updated guidelines and the needs of you, our customers, at the forefront of our minds, we are now available to come back out to see you onsite.

All work that we were able to do for you via our remote help desk continued to be carried out during the lockdown period. However not all computer, laptop, printer and other IT related issues can be solved by "working from home". As the Government has acknowledged this, and as IT can be classified as an essential service, particularly for businesses and for home users who rely upon technology, we have dusted down our vans and our tool boxes and are once again coming out to see those of you in need.
We have, however, put safety measures in place to keep both our onsite engineers and yourselves as safe as possible. Please see the link below to our Covid-19 Statement and use it as a reference should you require Dolphin to come out and fix your problems.
We are taking all the precautions that we can when we visit you onsite, and your co-operation in this and with our safety procedures is gratefully appreciated. If you are having to self-isolate we can still do our best to fix your issues with our remote support assistance.
