The Challenge

A healthcare organisation in Sussex contacted us to carry out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) after realising that none of their electrical equipment had been tested since moving to new offices over two years earlier.

With around 20 staff and a constant flow of visitors, electrical safety was a priority. The office relied heavily on IT equipment, including desktop PCs, monitors, docking stations, printers and other workplace devices.

The client had previously used traditional PAT testing providers, but this had resulted in equipment being disconnected incorrectly and unnecessary disruption to staff.
