Client Overview
A rigging business based in Essex contacted us to review their existing Microsoft services and business productivity systems. They were using Exchange Online Plan 1 for email, Livedrive for file storage and backup, and individual Microsoft licences across multiple devices. This resulted in separate suppliers, multiple invoices and limited collaboration between users.
The client wanted a more efficient solution that would improve productivity, simplify licence management and consolidate their services under one provider.
Initial Consultation and Assessment
Following a full review of the client's IT environment, we identified that migrating to Microsoft 365 Business Premium would provide significant benefits.
