We started using Dolphin’s services back in 2011. Since then they have become our own virtual IT department. Dolphin provide us with the support that we need to enable us to concentrate on managing our clients and the work that we specialise in. They provide us with comprehensive IT and telecoms support including provision of broadband, hosting, emails, security and backups. In addition, we use their Digital Marketing department to run our website, do all our copywriting and keep our social media up to date. We have built a great working relationship with the team at Dolphin, who give us the peace of mind to know that our systems are working with us rather than against us.
