Dolphin have several events planned for 2021 – 2022. We did have events planned that would have already taken place, and other events that have had to be delayed, moved, postponed… But not to be beaten, we have adapted to the circumstances and are forging ahead with several fundraising challenges that we are hoping you will be able to back us on.

Big Step Forward
Starting from the burial site of an Iron Age Warrior, crossing fields used by the Romans, following parts of Chichester Canal built in the 1800s all the way down to one of the finest beaches in West Sussex, where said pic-nic took place, our marketing director walked almost 30 miles and raised just shy of £500.
Cycling Challenge

The miles? Not a problem. The distance is not the issue, it’s the small matter of those teeny-tiny hills that need to be traversed throughout the Sussex Countryside. Whilst the exact nature of our chosen cycle challenge has yet to be decided, we guarantee that our MD will be pushing (and peddling) as hard as he can.
Half Marathon
Hurst Castle Off Road
This event was planned for October 2021 but has had to be postponed until 26th November 2022. Taking in views of the Isle Of Wight, the Needles, Hurst Castle, the Solent, Lymington Marina, Keyhaven Marina, Lymington Salt Marshes, wildlife and constant movement of near by ships and boats. Training is well under way.
Banger Rally
Two Ball Beach Route
This event was planned for summer 2020, postponed, then for 2021 but has again had to be postponed. We completed this rally in 2019, smashing our Charity fundraising target, driving in a classic Mini with NO Aircon, No SatNav, no room for luggage, and minimal seat suspension – from Brighton to Barcelona… Could we do it again…….?
